DevLog #3 / Quiet Lies 1.0.3
DevLog #3 / Quiet Lies 1.0.3
Hey everyone! Just dropped another round of improvements and polish to make the game feel smoother, more immersive, and easier to interact with. Here's what's new:
✨ UI & Interaction Improvements
-
Hover Feedback for Note & Book Buttons
Buttons inside notes and books now highlight on hover with a subtle color change—small touch, big difference for clarity and interaction feel. -
Note Text Alignment Fix
Adjusted the positioning of text inside notes so it no longer overlaps or clips off the paper. Finally looks clean and readable!
🖥️ Performance & Visual Polish
-
Switched to TAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing)
Upgraded the anti-aliasing to TAA, reducing jagged edges and boosting overall visual quality and performance, especially in darker environments. -
Flickering Textures Fixed
Crushed a bug that caused some textures to flicker or glitch out under certain lighting angles. Everything should be nice and stable now.
💡 Immersion & Atmosphere
-
Lights Dim When Waiting in Chair
Sitting and waiting in the chair now dims the lights around you, amping up the eerie vibe and giving that subtle “something’s coming” feeling.
